FAQ

Can you remove or delete negative reviews?
Not on demand, and any agency that promises to is misleading you. Genuine reviews can only be removed by the platform, and only when they break its policies — fake reviews, spam, hate speech, conflicts of interest or content that violates the guidelines. What we can do is report reviews that genuinely qualify, respond professionally to the ones that stay, and — most importantly — build a steady flow of real positive reviews so an occasional bad one is outweighed by recent, authentic ones. That is how you actually protect a rating, not by trying to scrub the internet.
Do you buy or generate fake reviews?
Never. Buying, incentivizing or faking reviews violates the terms of Google, Yelp and every serious platform, and it can get your profile penalized or your reviews wiped — exactly the opposite of what you want.
